ONLINE Barre Concept

Barre Concept is a low impact class that which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
No experience of ballet, yoga or pilates is required; to attend.

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 

When: Tuesdays 13:00-14:00 
            Thursdays 13:00-14:00 
Where: Online class - you’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app  - you do not need an account or subscription.  Once signed up you’ll be emailed the link to join closer to the time
Cost: £1 per session (pay as you go), book via links below.

Equipment: You’ll need a chair to hold the back of, and a yoga mat if you have one. Please ensure you have enough space to move around for the dynamic warm up and lay a yoga mat for the warm down. Roughly 2m x 2m. You’ll need comfy clothing you can move and stretch in, and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated!
