Last night the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published its updated draft Code of Practice on single-sex spaces, following the Supreme Court's ruling last year that sex under the Equality Act refers to biological sex.

How the local elections could change your area
Last Thursday the city voted in local elections across 32 London borough councils. The previous local elections took place in 2022, where the Labour Party won a majority in 21 out of 32 boroughs.
